An HSE MS is structured system of HSE control meeting the requirement of the 1997 Group procedure for an HSE Management system, which has been adopted as a mandatory proccedure by all Group companies. HSE MS exise at Group,  Business OU and facility or activity levels. One element of the Gropup procedure for an HSE MS is a requirement for HSE Audit which is further definded in these guidelines
